Processing time does not include shipping transit time. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

3. Delivery Time by Region

4. Return Policy

• Products must be inspected within 7 days of delivery.
• Returns are accepted for manufacturing defects or shipping damage only.
• Custom-made or special-order products are non-returnable.
• Returned products must be in original packaging and unused condition.
